Terms of sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all transactions carried out on the Phoneos Lab website. Any order placed on this site implies the customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of Phoneos Lab and its customers in the context of the online sale of multimedia products (computer equipment, audio, video, accessories).
2. Products and Availability
Characteristics: Products are described as accurately as possible based on the manufacturers' technical specifications.
Availability: Our offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability after an order is placed, we will inform you by email and proceed with a refund.
3. Pricing
Prices are indicated in Euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs.
VAT: The applicable VAT is the one in effect on the day of the order.
Modification: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of order validation.
4. Order and Payment
Validation: The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
Payment: Payment is made via [Credit Card / PayPal / Apple Pay / others]. Transactions are secured using SSL protocol.
Retention of ownership: Products remain the property of Phoneos Lab until full payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Areas: We deliver throughout Europe.
Timeframes: Delivery times are indicated at the time of order. They include preparation and shipping time.
Risk: The transfer of risk of loss or damage occurs when the customer physically takes possession of the product.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days to return their product.

7. Warranties
Legal Guarantee of Conformity: The seller is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity at the time of delivery.
Hidden Defects Guarantee: The customer may invoke the warranty against hidden defects of the sold item in accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: Some multimedia products benefit from a manufacturer’s warranty, the duration and terms of which vary depending on the brand.
8. Liability
Phoneos Lab cannot be held responsible for failure to perform the contract in cases of force majeure (transport strikes, natural disasters) or misuse of the product by the customer. Likewise, we are not responsible for indirect damages such as loss of data or files stored on the sold devices. It is the customer’s responsibility to perform regular backups.
9. Personal Data
Information collected during the order process is necessary for transaction management. In accordance with GDPR, the customer has the right to access and correct their personal data.
10. Dispute Resolution
Applicable law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Mediation: In case of dispute, the customer is invited to contact our customer service. If no solution is found, they may refer free of charge to the following consumer mediator: Shopify.
Courts: In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
Important note: For these Terms and Conditions to be valid during a sale, the customer must obligatorily check a box confirming their acceptance before payment.
